Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Kepll. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. About Kepll
Kepll is provided by Kepll Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17185436. Kepll provides multichannel ecommerce management, analytics, profit calculation and pricing decision-support tools.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16, have authority to act for the business you register, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Connected services and data
You authorise Kepll to access and process data from services you connect, such as Shopify or Amazon, only as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to connect each account. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
4. Pricing and automated actions
Forecasts, market data, profit calculations and pricing recommendations are decision-support outputs, not guarantees. You remain responsible for costs, tax settings, prices and commercial decisions. Review settings and safeguards before enabling any automated action.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, break laws or marketplace rules, interfere with security, probe systems without written authorisation, upload malicious content, scrape the service, resell access without permission or use Kepll to harm another person or business.
6. Plans, billing and changes
Prices, included usage, trial terms and billing periods are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. We may change plans or prices with reasonable advance notice where required.
7. Intellectual property
Kepll Limited and its licensors own the service, software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and secure it while providing the service. Feedback may be used to improve Kepll without identifying you.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Kepll secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents and third-party outages may affect the service. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kepll and cancel according to your plan. We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach. On termination, data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention duties.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kepll Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by inaccurate merchant inputs or third-party services. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Kepll is intended primarily for business users.
